a. Deposit Requirement: Upon confirmation of your order, a non-refundable deposit amounting to 50% of the total order cost is required. This deposit is a testament to the mutual commitment and investment in the procurement of your bespoke window coverings.

b. Order Confirmation: After the deposit, an order confirmation will be issued. We implore you to review this confirmation with the utmost scrupulousness to ensure the details of your selected products and services are accurate.

c. Product Specification: Construction fidelity to the specifications detailed in the order confirmation is an assurance Simply Blinds extends with confidence. However, minute variations owing to some materials' unique nature and manufacture are to be anticipated.

2. Payment Terms

a. Balance Payment: The outstanding balance is payable upon completion of product installation or as stipulated in the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

b. Payment Methods: Simply Blinds accepts payments through several channels which include, but are not limited to, credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and cheques.

All payment methods are secure and processed in accordance with the highest standards of transactional security.

3. Delivery and Installation

a. Timelines: Projected delivery and installation timelines will be furnished upon order confirmation. Simply Blinds endeavours to meet these timelines; however, external factors beyond our control may induce unavoidable delays.

b. Installation Service: Expert installation services are integral to the Simply Blinds offering, ensuring your product is set up to exacting standards.

4. Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and the deposit is paid, the Client may not cancel the order. The deposit serves as a pledge to secure the production slot and purchase materials tailored to the Client's specifications.

5. Returns and Refunds

Bespoke products from Simply Blinds are tailored to individual requirements; therefore, returns are only possible if a product does not align with the specifications outlined in the order confirmation, subject to assessment and validation by Simply Blinds.

6. Liability Limitation

Simply Blinds shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages. Our liability is confined strictly to the contract value of the products supplied.

7. Force Majeure

Simply Blinds shall bear no responsibility for any failure to perform or delay in performance due to events beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, industrial actions, civil commotion, and natural disasters.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are formed and dictated by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Simply Blinds operates, and any disputes about these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
